Confirm Your Event Date
Please provide your event date, venue, and approximate guest count, and we will confirm our availability, in most cases the same day. There is no obligation and no subsequent sales contact unless you request it. Should your date already be committed, we will advise you immediately rather than leave the inquiry unanswered.

Confirm Availability
Send us your date, venue, and approximate guest count, and we will let you know about availability promptly, usually the same day.
Consultation
We can talk through your plans in person, by phone, or by video. Max stays available throughout the planning process, not just during the final weeks before your event.
Detailed Planning
Together, we work through the schedule, music you want to hear, anything you would rather not hear, and the names and pronunciations that matter for your introductions and announcements.

We arrive early, finish setup before your guests enter, and coordinate the details throughout the event so you can focus on enjoying it.
Before you book
Booking Questions
Do you provide a written contract?
Yes. Every booking is confirmed by written contract. The agreement protects both parties and establishes a shared understanding of the schedule, the services included, and the expectations for the event.
How far in advance should we book?
Saturday dates between June and October are committed first, frequently twelve to eighteen months in advance, with autumn foliage weekends the earliest of all. Winter dates, weekdays, and Sunday dates are more often available at shorter notice and typically represent better value.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required upon the signing of the contract, with the remainder due upon our arrival at the event venue.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because the Adirondack event calendar is tightly scheduled, we require cancellation at least 60 days before the event for the return of your deposit.
May we meet before booking?
Yes, and we recommend it. Consultations may be conducted in person, by telephone, or by video, at no charge and without obligation.
