Packages are meant to make planning easier, not to limit your event to a single format. Start with the level of DJ and emcee coverage that fits your plans, and then add the options that make sense for your venue and your guests.
If you are not yet sure what you need, tell us about the event you are planning. We can talk through the space, schedule, guest count, and atmosphere you have in mind, and we will explain the differences between the available options so you can make a comfortable decision without paying for extras you do not need.

Professional DJ and emcee service is at the heart of every MX Productions wedding package. Music planning begins before the event, with time to discuss the songs you love, the songs you would rather skip, special selections, introductions, and the overall feel you want for the night.
At the reception, the work extends well beyond playing music. Max coordinates announcements and formalities, stays in communication with your other vendors, watches the pace of the room, and adjusts the music as the celebration develops. The goal is an evening that feels natural rather than overly scripted.

Sound Where You Need It
Many Adirondack weddings use more than one space during the day. Your ceremony may be outdoors by the lake, cocktail hour on a terrace, and the reception inside a lodge or tent. Those spaces do not all behave the same way, and they may require different audio solutions.
MX Productions brings formal audio engineering training to that planning. We consider the size and shape of the space, speaker placement, microphone needs, available electrical service, and the movement of guests from one part of the event to another. The vows, speeches, announcements, and music should be heard clearly without the equipment becoming the focus.

These options are added where they are appropriate rather than bundled automatically into every event. An Interactive Addition for Your Guests
The Adirondack Selfie Mirror is a full-length interactive photo experience. Because the mirror is open to the room rather than enclosed in a booth, guests can see the activity and join in on their own.
It works especially well during the parts of a reception when people are mingling between dinner, dancing, and other formalities.

If your event falls outside a standard package, please contact us. Different venues, timelines, and production needs sometimes call for a different configuration, and we are happy to discuss what would work best.
Booking terms
- There are no undisclosed charges.
- Travel is included within 50 miles of Lake Placid, New York.
- Travel beyond 50 miles, including Vermont and New Hampshire, is quoted in advance.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) is due when the contract is signed.
- The remainder is due upon our arrival at the event venue.
- Cancellation at least 60 days before the event is required for return of the deposit.

What does your pricing include?
Travel within 50 miles, the complete DJ configuration, acquisition of any music not already held, and full setup and removal are included. There are no undisclosed charges. Additional equipment or lighting beyond the standard configuration is quoted in advance of booking.
Can you accommodate a defined budget?
Yes. Please tell us the figure, and we will identify an arrangement that is equitable for both parties wherever possible.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required upon the signing of the contract, with the remainder due upon our arrival at the event venue.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because the Adirondack event calendar is tightly scheduled, we require cancellation at least 60 days before the event for the return of your deposit.
What is your travel radius?
Travel is included within 50 miles of Lake Placid, New York. Engagements beyond that distance are accepted regularly, including in Vermont and New Hampshire, with travel quoted in advance.
